Company Background: We are a leading manufacturer of construction chemicals, operating under two business models: contract manufacturing and our own branded products. Our offerings include tile adhesives and grouts, industrial grouts, floor hardeners, waterproofing compounds, wall putty, plaster, paints, and distempers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Establish and implement quality control processes and procedures for the manufacturing of construction chemicals, including both our own branded products and contract manufacturing items.

- Conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports.

- Identify and address quality issues or deviations and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.





- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control procedures and recommend improvements.

- Ensure that all quality control activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Chemical Engineering.

- 1-3 years of experience in quality control within the construction chemicals industry.

- Solid understanding of quality control processes and standards.

- Ability to conduct inspections and tests accurately and effectively.

- Good communication and documentation skills.
