Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and skills.

About the Role

Femora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a QC Supervisor to inspect incoming goods, in-process production and outgoing shipments of kitchenware and tableware, and to ensure only products meeting Femora's quality standards reach the customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct inbound inspection of imported and domestic goods as per sampling plan (AQL) and approved product specifications.
- Identify and classify defects in ceramic, glass, steel and other products — chips, cracks, glaze defects, colour variation, dimension/weight deviation, packaging damage.
- Approve, hold or reject lots; segregate and tag rejected/damaged stock and raise non-conformance reports.
- Perform in-process and final QC on the production/packing floor — set completeness, labelling (LMPC/MRP), packaging and carton condition.
- Carry out random pre-dispatch checks on marketplace and B2B shipments.
- Inspect customer returns, record return reasons and share defect analysis with Purchase and Operations.
- Maintain QC registers, inspection reports and daily/weekly quality MIS (defect %, rejection %, supplier-wise quality).
- Coordinate with Inbound,



Production, Outbound and Purchase teams on quality issues and corrective actions.
- Train packers and helpers on quality checkpoints and fragile-handling standards.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in Quality, Mechanical, Ceramics, Production, Operations, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of QC/QA experience in kitchenware, tableware, ceramics, glassware, home products or similar consumer goods.
- Working MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Knowledge of sampling/AQL inspection and basic measuring instruments (vernier, weighing scale).
- Understanding of packaging and labelling compliance (Legal Metrology/LMPC) preferred.
- Ability to document findings clearly and take firm accept/reject decisions.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
