Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure that civil construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The candidate will be responsible for quality inspections, documentation, testing, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and inspect civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and implement Quality Assurance / Quality Control procedures at project sites.
- Conduct inspections for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Review drawings, specifications, method statements, and inspection requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IR), checklists, ITPs, method statements, and quality records.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and testing agencies.
- Ensure proper testing of construction materials such as concrete, cement, aggregates, steel, blocks, and other materials.
- Monitor concrete pouring activities, slump tests, cube tests, and other required quality tests.
- Verify incoming materials against approved specifications and relevant documents.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain NCR, observation reports, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of test reports, material approvals, and inspection records.




- Monitor workmanship and ensure corrective actions are completed within the required timeframe.
- Assist in internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, project specifications, and company quality standards.
- Prepare regular quality reports and submit them to the Project Manager / Quality Head.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of civil construction quality control and inspection procedures.
- Good knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Knowledge of IS codes, ITP, method statements, checklists, and inspection procedures.
- Experience in handling NCRs, material inspections, and quality documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects.
- Experience in building / residential / commercial / infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Candidates willing to work at construction project sites are preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
