We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join our manufacturing team at our Ahmedabad, Gujarat facility.

Position

QA/QC Engineer – Forge & Fittings

Job Responsibilities

Incoming, in-process & final inspection of Buttweld Fittings, Forged Fittings, Flanges & Instrumentation Tube Fittings

Dimensional inspection as per applicable standards/drawings

Review of material certificates MTC / EN 10204 3.1

Heat No. & material traceability

Coordination of PMI, Hydro Test, DP/LP, UT, IGC, Radiography & other inspections

Preparation of Inspection Reports & Quality Documents

Customer / TPI inspection coordination

Handling NCR, corrective & preventive actions

Maintaining QA/QC records and quality documentation

Knowledge of applicable ASTM / ASME / EN / DIN standards

Candidate Profile

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering





Experience in Forging / Pipe Fittings / Flanges / Stainless Steel / Carbon Steel / Alloy Steel industry preferred

Good knowledge of inspection procedures and engineering drawings

Knowledge of MTC, material traceability and inspection documentation

Good communication and coordination skills
