About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Python Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using Python, with expertise in building scalable and efficient web APIs.

This role involves working closely with clients remotely to design high-level solutions and architectures that meet their business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services, ensuring code quality through testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-level projects, utilizing modern technologies such as FastAPI, Flask, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, while contributing to the digital transformation efforts of our clients.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Python backend development.
- Proven expertise in building web APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of writing unit tests using Pytest.
- Experience working with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes is preferred.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, especially Github Actions, is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills,

- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for effective communication with clients and team members.

- Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.
