About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities for our medical equipment manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete procurement activities from PR to PO and final delivery.
- Procure electronic, electrical, mechanical, PCB components, production materials, consumables, and packing materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and alternate suppliers.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, MOQ, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials based on production and inventory requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules, and material quality.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, R&D;, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain Approved Vendor Lists, Purchase Orders, and procurement records.
- Drive cost reduction, inventory optimization,



and alternate sourcing.
- Prepare purchase reports and MIS for management.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Engineering
- MBA – Supply Chain / Procurement is preferred.
- Candidates with Mechanical / Automation Engineering backgrounds and relevant purchasing experience are preferred.

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience.
- Strong experience in vendor development, negotiation, sourcing, and material procurement.
- Experience in medical equipment, medical devices, electronics, or engineering manufacturing is preferred.
- Candidates with genuine Mechanical Purchasing experience are preferred.
