Key Responsibilities

- Procurement &
- Sourcing:

Source, purchase, and ensure timely delivery of FMCG raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies.

- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and build long-term relationships with reliable suppliers; negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends, compare vendor quotes, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

- Inventory &

- Stock Management:

Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing overstocking or stock-outs.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all procured items meet quality specifications, food safety compliance, and regulatory standards.

- Documentation &

- Compliance:

Manage purchase orders (POs), invoices, goods received notes (GRN), vendor contracts, and maintain transparent records for auditing.

- Dispute Resolution: Address issues related to defective goods, delivery delays,



or billing discrepancies with vendors promptly.

Key Requirements &

- Skills

- Experience: 4 to 7 years of proven purchasing or procurement experience exclusively in the FMCG sector.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Supply Chain, or a related field.

- Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or custom inventory tools) and MS Excel.

- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of raw material procurement, local supply chains in North India, and FMCG packaging standards.

- Core Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, vendor evaluation ability, numerical accuracy, and clear communication.

- Location: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Jaspur, Uttarakhand.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
