We are engaged in the manufacturing of Lighting Products, BLDC Fans, Induction Cooktops, Heaters and other Home Appliances. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to manage procurement of electrical & electronic components, develop reliable suppliers, optimize inventory and ensure timely availability of materials for uninterrupted production.

Job Summary The Purchase Manager will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of electrical, electronic, mechanical and other production-related components, including domestic and imported materials.

The role requires solid expertise in sourcing, supplier development, import procurement, price negotiation, purchase planning, inventory control, consumption analysis and coordination with logistics, stores, production and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Manage end-to-end procurement of electrical and electronic components as per production and material requirements.




- Source components for Lighting, BLDC Fans, and Home Appliances, etc.
- Identify and develop new suppliers for existing and new components.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to meet production schedules.
- Float RFQs, compare quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, MOQ, lead time, credit period and other commercial terms with suppliers.
- Prepare procurement plans based on MRP, production plans and sales forecasts.
- Monitor consumption trends and identify slow-moving, fast-moving and critical items.
- Optimize inventory levels and avoid excess stock, stock-outs and obsolete inventory.
- Monitor component availability and lead times on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores and Planning teams for material requirements.
- Handle procurement of imported electrical/electronic components from overseas suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, CHA/freight forwarders and internal logistics teams for timely shipment.
- Track import orders from PO placement to material receipt.
