We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, packaging materials, and other required items. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, price negotiation, purchase orders, timely deliveries, and maintaining purchase records.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
- Source raw materials, components, consumables, and other materials as per company requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from different suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) after approval.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Quality, and other departments for material requirements.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closure.
- Handle vendor queries and resolve issues related to price, quality, quantity, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Check invoices and coordinate with Accounts for payment-related issues.




- Support inventory planning and ensure availability of required materials.
- Maintain MIS and prepare regular purchase reports.
- Ensure procurement is done as per company policies and approved budgets.

Required Skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and material management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with ERP/Tally/SAP or other purchase software will be an advantage.
- Ability to compare quotations and analyze costs.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Purchase, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field will be preferred.

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Candidates having experience in handling raw materials, consumables, machinery/spares, or packaging materials will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
