Objective of the role: A hotel purchase executive manages daily procurement, vendor negotiations, and inventory supplies to ensure smooth hotel operations at the best possible cost.

Location: Mira- Bhayandar

Key Responsibilities

- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (POs) for food, beverages, housekeeping items, and engineering supplies.
- Source reliable suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate competitive pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels across departments, coordinate re-order points, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Inspect delivered goods for quality compliance, match invoices with purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain logs of vendor contracts, delivery notes, and spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities

Qualification & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree inCommerce, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or materials management, ideally within the hospitality industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
