Key Responsibilities

- Assist in purchasing raw materials, components, consumables, and office supplies.
- Prepare, issue, and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and compare pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and payment-related documentation.
- Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, quotations, and procurement documentation.
- Support vendor development and maintain healthy supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, and Accounts departments for smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining stock reports.
- Assist senior purchase team members in daily procurement and sourcing activities.




- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
