Energy Ecolighting Enterprise is looking for a Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of electrical materials and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing for project requirements.

Location: Work From Home | 1 Day Meeting per Week in Kolkata

Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month

Experience: Min 1year of experience needed

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle procurement of electrical materials for project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and obtain quotations.
- Compare prices and negotiate with vendors for competitive rates.
- Verify material requirements with BOQ and project requirements.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate with vendors for order processing.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to project sites.




- Maintain purchase records, vendor details and related documentation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new vendors.

Requirements:

- 6 months–2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience with electrical materials or project procurement preferred.
- Good negotiation, communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google spreadsheet and BOQ.
- Own laptop is mandatory.
- Must be available for 1 meeting per week in Kolkata.
