Vacancy: 01 Purchase Executive

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for raw materials, components & consumables

Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors

Negotiate prices, payment terms & delivery schedules

Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records

Monitor material requirements, deliveries & inventory levels

Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships

Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality & Accounts departments

Ensure timely procurement of materials as per quality and production requirements

Requirements





Graduate degree in any discipline; Engineering/Business background preferred

3–4 years’ experience in Purchase/Procurement

Robust knowledge of the manufacturing industry

Experience in sourcing raw materials/components will be preferred

Good negotiation, communication & vendor management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems preferred
