Role & responsibilities

- Procurement & Purchasing the Raw Material, maintenance accessories, capex & Consumable items.
- Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery performance.
- Payment release as per Allotted funds received from account department.
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and deadline with suppliers.
- Managing suppliers relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Developing and maintaining a vendor database.
- Prepare and issuing Purchase Order.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels.
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepare comparative sheets and take approval from higher authority.
- Analyzing market trends and implement cost saving strategies.
- Collaborating with other department for procurement planning.
- To release Work Order as per requirement of Job Work process.
- Maintain the data of Purchase Order & Work Order for taking the follow-up from supplier or vendor.
- Vendor registration, Material creation in ERP System.

Preferred candidate profile BE/ BTech Graduate with 3+ Yrs of Raw Material (Steel Procurement) Experience
