Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare purchase orders based on department head confirmation and coordinate with General Manager, Project managers, and Engineers.

- Negotiate with vendors and prepare rate comparisons.

- Ensure product quality, cost, and timely availability before purchasing.

- Compare quotations and manage product delivery schedules.

- Maintain and update vendor and purchasing reports through emails and communication.

- Evaluate purchase orders for cost negotiation.

- Verify bills against purchase orders and coordinate with the accounting department for invoice processing and payments.

- Maintain records related to purchases and plan properly from requisition to material procurement.





- Prepare and maintain ISO-related documents and annual inventory of purchased materials.

Job Requirements :

- Possess strong knowledge of engineering procurement processes and procedures.

- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to reduce prices without compromising quality.

- Have the ability to analyze data to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.

- Exhibit experience in fabrication industry, engineering purchase, and raw material procurement.

- Be proficient in creating recent database tables, queries, and reports as needed.

- A relevant educational background is preferred.
