George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. – Maruti Suzuki is looking for a Service PRO for our Thodupuzha branch. The role primarily involves field work, customer interaction, lead generation, and promoting service-related offerings to existing and potential customers.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting local areas, identifying potential customers, generating service leads, and coordinating with the dealership team to convert leads into service appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits in and around Thodupuzha to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Generate leads for vehicle servicing, periodic maintenance, repairs, and other service requirements.
- Visit residential areas, offices, commercial establishments, and other potential customer locations.
- Interact with existing and prospective customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Promote dealership service facilities, service packages, campaigns, and offers.
- Make follow-up calls and coordinate with customers to convert leads into service appointments.
- Maintain proper records of leads generated and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team regarding customer appointments.




- Conduct customer follow-ups after service and encourage repeat visits.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Prepare regular reports on field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and local contacts.

Requirements

- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, customer relationship, marketing, or automobile-related roles.
- Freshers with good communication and willingness to work in the field can also apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Thodupuzha and nearby areas.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to interact confidently with customers.
