Job Summary

SS Hyundai, Pathanamthitta is looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to represent the dealership professionally and maintain strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom and service facility.
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and basic complaints professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Visit customers when required for customer-related activities and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, CRM, Insurance, and other departments.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, appointments, feedback, and service requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate concerns to the concerned departments.
- Support customer satisfaction and retention activities.
- Assist in customer events, promotional activities, and dealership programs.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Perform other customer-relations activities assigned by management.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for customer visits and follow-ups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in automobile dealerships, customer service, hospitality, front office, or PR roles will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Travel Allowance Travel allowance will be provided for official customer visits and work-related travel.
