About the Role

We are looking for a confident, engaging, and passionate Public Speaking Coach who can work with school students through personalised 1:1 online classes.

The ideal candidate should be able to make students comfortable, build their confidence, improve their communication skills, and help them become effective speakers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging 1:1 online Public Speaking classes for school students.
- Develop students’ confidence, articulation, pronunciation, vocabulary, and presentation skills.
- Train students in:
- Public speaking
- Storytelling
- Speech delivery
- Presentation skills
- Debate and discussion
- Impromptu speaking
- Body language and voice modulation
- Interview and communication skills
- Identify individual student weaknesses and create personalised learning plans.
- Provide constructive feedback after each session.
- Assign practice activities and speaking exercises.
- Track student progress and maintain regular class reports.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress when required.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and interactive learning workplace.





Requirements

- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure.
- Confident and expressive personality.
- Previous experience teaching/coaching children or teenagers is preferred.
- Experience in public speaking, debate, theatre, Toastmasters, communication training, or similar fields is an advantage.
- Comfortable conducting classes through video conferencing platforms.
- Ability to engage students and keep online classes interactive.
- Good internet connection and a professional teaching environment.
