About the Position

ZORBA ESTATES is seeking a Property Sales Intern to assist the team in handling customer requirements and property-related activities.

This position involves working with customers referred by the internal team, understanding their property needs, arranging suitable property visits, and coordinating communication between customers and the relevant ZORBA ESTATES team.

What You Will Do

- Work with customer enquiries received through the company's internal sources.
- Speak with customers to understand their property preferences and requirements.
- Note important details such as preferred area, budget, property type, size, and other expectations.
- Discuss customer requirements with the relevant Residential or Commercial property team.
- Identify suitable properties based on the information provided by the customer.
- Coordinate suitable dates and timings for property visits.
- Meet customers at the property location and assist during the visit.
- Help customers view properties that match their stated requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team whenever customers need additional property information.
- Understand customer responses after the property visit.
- Record and communicate customer feedback to the concerned team.




- Keep the respective team informed about changes in customer requirements.
- Maintain follow-ups with customers regarding their property search.
- Act as a coordination point between customers and ZORBA ESTATES representatives.
- Support the team with regular property-related and customer coordination activities.
