Proposal Coordinator
Roles & responsibility of proposal engineer:
1. Understanding Client Requirements
- Review tender documents, RFQs, technical specs, and drawings.
- Understand project scope, water parameters, and treatment goals.
1. Technical Proposal Preparation
- Design treatment schemes (STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, ZLD, etc.).
- Prepare PFDs, P&IDs;, and technical datasheets.
- Select appropriate technology, equipment, and sizing.
1. Cost Estimation & BOQ
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and pricing sheets.
*4. Vendor Coordination
- Collect and evaluate vendor quotations for pumps, membranes, valves, tanks, etc.
- Validate makes as per client specification.
1. Proposal Documentation
- Compile technical & commercial proposals
