We’re looking for a responsible, hands-on and people-oriented Front Desk Manager to join the team at Loopin McLeodGanj.

At Loopin, we’re building more than just places to stay — we’re creating spaces where travellers connect deeper, with people, places and experiences.

As a Front Desk Manager, you’ll be at the heart of that experience — managing guest interactions,



coordinating daily operations and making sure the property runs smoothly.

Experience in a hostel or hospitality environment

Strong communication and guest-handling skills

Ability to manage and coordinate a team

Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills A hands-on approach to day-to-day operations

Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
