Role & responsibilities:-

- Manage accounting and financial reporting for US real estate portfolios.
- Process invoices, accounts payable, and vendor payments accurately and on time.
- Perform bank and vendor reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
- Work with accounting software such as Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio, MRI and RealPage.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with US-based clients and internal teams to meet reporting deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile:-

- Qualified CA (ICAI) or CPA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Accounting / Property Management Accounting.
- Immediate Joiner & 15 Days Notice.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.




- Experience in Experience in US Real Estate or Property Management Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, and Financial Reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST).
