Role Description The Promotion Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vile Parle.

The Promotion

Executive will be responsible for planning and executing promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive product demand across various channels. Daily tasks include coordinating in-store promotions, events, and sampling activities, interacting with customers and retail partners, and gathering market feedback.



The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, monitoring competitor activities, and preparing regular reports on promotional performance.

Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams is essential to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective execution of promotional strategies.

Qualifications

- Robust Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Analytical Skills to interpret market data, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Vile Parle and coordinate field activities across assigned locations.
- Prior experience in promotions, sales, or FMCG/food industry roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) for reporting and planning.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
