Job Summary:

Clinical signs and symptoms (sub-phenotypes), physio-pathological events, and genetic factors are often shared by different autoimmune diseases that can be grouped under the term autoimmune tautology. Moreover, chances of similar or discrete autoimmune inflictions in a family member of a patient with autoimmune disease is at least 1.5-2.5 fold higher. Moreover, a spectral continuum between different autoimmune disorders is also well recognized. The present project aims at establishing a multi-institutional cohort of multiplex families (family N = 200) with autoimmune inflictions with a systemic lupus proband and doing a deep immunophenotyping study (high-dimension flow cytometry, circulating proteome including cytokines and key immunocellular functions) combined with genomics (Global genotyping) and functional genomics, (CITE-sequencing and TCR and BCR sequencing) on the affected and suitably chosen genetically related/unrelated unaffected family members.

Experience : Preference for candidates with experience in nutrition counselling and lifestyle management programs and Should have experience in running research study especially intervention programs

Preferred Language: English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi
