Role Purpose To supervise day-to-day fabrication activities for structural steel and PEB projects, ensuring work is completed safely, as per drawings, quality requirements and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise shop-floor fabrication of structural steel and PEB components.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, GA drawings, shop drawings and BOMs.
- Coordinate cutting, drilling, fit-up, welding, assembly, straightening and finishing activities.
- Monitor production against daily and weekly targets.
- Allocate manpower, machines and work fronts effectively.
- Check dimensions, alignment, weld quality and fabrication tolerances.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, planning, stores and engineering teams.
- Identify fabrication issues and coordinate their timely resolution.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage and rework.
- Ensure proper tagging, traceability, stacking and dispatch of fabricated components.
- Maintain daily production reports, manpower records and job status.
- Ensure compliance with WPS, drawings, project specifications and safety procedures.




- Coordinate loading and dispatch of completed structures/PEB components.

Preferred Experience
- 5–10 years experience in structural steel / PEB fabrication.

Qualification Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Civil or related discipline.

- Practical experience with columns, rafters, beams, bracings, purlins, girts, platforms and miscellaneous structures.
- Valuable knowledge of welding, fit-up, dimensional inspection and fabrication sequence.
- Ability to independently manage a fabrication work front and shop-floor workforce.

Pay: ₹12,370.04 - ₹36,836.15 per month
