Role & responsibilities
Project Sales
- Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, project management companies, and contractors.
- Track upcoming commercial, residential,hospitality, healthcare, education, and institutional projects.
- Generate specifications and approvals for Greenlam products.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely closures and execution.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build solid relationships with key customers and influencers.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Track outstanding payments and support collections as per company norms.
- Update CRM and sales reports regularly.
Ensure adherence to company policies and business processes
