JOB PURPOSE To independently manage instrumentation and valve-related projects from order receipt through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, testing and final delivery, ensuring timely execution, technical compliance, quality and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take complete ownership of assigned instrumentation projects from kick-off to completion.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, milestones and deliverables; monitor progress against customer commitments.
- Coordinate multiple projects based on priority and delivery requirements; identify risks, delays and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Review customer specifications, datasheets, technical requirements and project documentation.
- Understand instrumentation valves, control valves, actuated valves and associated instrumentation requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering for technical clarifications, drawings and document submissions; manage technical deviations and approvals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Purchase, Production, Quality, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Conduct project kick-off and regular review meetings; maintain project trackers and status reports.
- Act as primary project contact for assigned customers; manage technical coordination, queries, inspections, FAT and dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate project documentation including GA drawings, datasheets, technical specifications, ITP/QAP, MTCs,



inspection reports, NDT reports, calibration certificates and compliance documents.
- Coordinate inspection activities with Quality and third-party inspectors; monitor NCRs and punch points through closure.
- Track long-lead materials and critical components; coordinate with Purchase and Production to meet milestones.
- Monitor project cost, delivery commitments and scope changes; track customer approvals and their impact on schedules.

- REQUIRED SKILLS
- • Strong project management, planning and execution skills.
- • Good knowledge of instrumentation and industrial valves.
- • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, datasheets and specifications.
- • Solid knowledge of project documentation and inspection processes.
- • Good understanding of oil & gas / process industry requirements.
- • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
- • Excellent coordination, planning and follow-up skills.
- • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project or similar project-management tools.

- PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- • Experience in valves, instrumentation, oil & gas, EPC, process equipment or engineering manufacturing.
- • Experience handling domestic and international customer projects. • Experience with API/ASME/ISO standards.
- • Exposure to project planning, FAT, customer inspections and documentation dossiers.
