: Stores Roll-out Manager (Retail & High-Street)

Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR (With regional travel as per project requirements)

Role Objective

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Stores Roll-out Manager to spearhead the end-to-end fit-out, interior design execution, and timely delivery of our new retail outlets and high-street center spaces. The ideal candidate will combine strong aesthetic design sensibilities with robust on-ground execution capabilities. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into reality, managing a network of vendors, ensuring strict adherence to CAD/CAM precision, and maintaining budget and quality control across multiple parallel site launches.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Translation & Spatial Planning: Review, interpret, and modify detailed interior layout drawings, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans, and retail fixture designs. Ensure that spatial designs maximize square-footage efficiency and align with brand guidelines.
- CAD/CAM Technical Execution: Utilize AutoCAD and CAM software tools to review, update, and validate 2D/3D layouts, structural elevations, and precision component fabrications before sending them to manufacture.
- Vendor Sourcing & Liaison: Build, evaluate, and manage a robust roster of general contractors, interior fit-out vendors, HVAC specialists, lighting suppliers, and custom furniture fabricators. Negotiate commercial terms, analyze rate cards, and manage billing milestones.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Own the project timeline (Gantt charts/PERT)



from raw shell handover to the final store launch. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction meets design specifications and safety codes.
- Material & Cost Optimization: Conduct value engineering to optimize the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) without compromising on design intent, brand premiumness, or structural durability.
- Stakeholder & Fit-out Approvals: Coordinate closely with mall management teams (e.g., builder fit-out teams), local authorities, and internal retail ops to secure structural approvals, temporary power loading permissions, and operational NOCs.

Profile Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of solid experience in Retail Store Roll-outs, Commercial Fit-outs, or Corporate Interior Project Management. Experience rolling out stores within premium developments or high-street markets is highly preferred.
- Technical Skill Set: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or relevant CAM manufacturing interfaces. Robust understanding of construction materials, joinery, retail lighting technology, and MEP systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, sharp eye for design detail, and the ability to thrive under tight project deadlines.
- Education: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
