Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. This full time hybrid role is based in the Pune Division, with primary on-site responsibilities and some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as planning, documentation, and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and monitoring progress against milestones.

The Project

Manager will supervise site teams, manage risk and issue resolution, oversee inspections and compliance, and ensure effective logistics and material management.



The role also involves regular reporting to senior leadership, cost control, and continuous improvement of project execution practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track materials, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of critical items.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage material flow, site deliveries, storage, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience managing medium to large construction projects, ideally across industrial, residential, or commercial sectors, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are expected.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and maintain high standards of safety and quality is essential.
