Looking for a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of software and product initiatives in the Analytics and Data Engineering domain.

You will be the primary point of contact for client accounts. You will carry bottom-line responsibility for execution, client engagement, and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of software and product development projects in the Analytics domain
- Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for end customers
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to project scope
- Drive stakeholder communication and share regular project updates
- Work closely with Product, Data Engineering, and QA teams for smooth execution
- Identify risks early and put mitigation plans in place
- Own customer success and satisfaction on your accounts
- Track and manage delivery KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics




- Prepare Weekly Status Reports and Steering Committee presentations for clients

Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
- Strong exposure to software services delivery and product lifecycle management
- Experience delivering projects in the Analytics or Data Engineering domain
- Hands-on experience with PM tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar
- Experience in client handling and account management
- Positive understanding of Agile and Scrum
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- B.E./B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent
