nRole Overview

nAs Project Manager, you’ll be the bridge between planning and execution —

ncoordinating artists, venues, ticketing partners, and volunteers to deliver warm

nand seamless guest experiences.

n

nResponsibilities

n● Plan & run OUI events end-to-end (baithaks, mehfils, tours).

n● Coordinate with artists, venues, vendors, and ticketing partners.

n● Lead guest experience — registration desks, ticketing, seating flow, VIP

nhandling.

n● Manage ticketing backend (BMS/Wix/Insider), guest queries, and refunds.

n● Supervise volunteers and ETMs on-ground.





n● Support sponsorship decks, PR collaterals, and post-event reports.

nWho We’re Looking For

n● Passion for Indian culture, music, and live experiences.

n● Strong organizational & communication skills (English + Hindi).

n● Leadership ability — comfortable managing people and guest-facing

nsituations.

n● Adaptable for travel + evening/weekend shows.

n● Familiarity with Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and professional

nemail/WhatsApp etiquette.
