nAbout the role:

nWe are looking for a Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our technology ecosystem built on Zoho. This person will coordinate across external technology vendors, Zoho consultants, our in-house AI Generalist, and internal business teams to ensure each project is delivered smoothly, on time, and to the required standard.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of all Zoho-based technology projects.
n
- Create transparent project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, ownership structures, and delivery plans for every phase of development.
n
- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s internal workflows and ERP system on Zoho.
n
- Oversee the integration between the Zoho backend and the client-facing website, ensuring accurate, secure, and real-time exchange of information through APIs.
n
- Ensure each client profile on the website reflects the correct real-time data captured across relevant Zoho systems.
n




- Coordinate with external technology vendors, Zoho consultants, developers, and the in-house AI Generalist to align technical execution with business requirements and automate tasks wherever possible

- Manage the implementation and optimisation of Zoho CRM, reports, analytics dashboards, automations, and other relevant modules.
n
- Translate business and operational requirements into clear technical briefs, workflows, user stories, and actionable deliverables.
n
- Identify dependencies, integration gaps, potential risks, and project delays early, and drive timely resolution.
n
- Conduct regular project reviews, track progress against agreed milestones, and provide clear status updates to senior management.
n
- Oversee testing, quality checks, documentation, user acceptance testing, and internal team training before each module goes live.
n
- Ensure all systems are scalable, user-friendly, properly documented, and aligned with the company’s broader technology roadmap.

- Take complete ownership of driving projects through to successful implementation—not just coordination, but closure
