We partner with global enterprises to build and modernize scalable platforms. We are now looking for an Associate Project Manager with a strong background in eCommerce delivery to join our growing team.

Role Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of eCommerce projects. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to interact effectively with C-suite executives. Prior experience in managing projects related to electronics marketplaces is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and deliver eCommerce projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Senior Business Leaders, Product Owners, Developers and business analysts.
- Maintain project schedules, manage risks, and track milestones using Jira .
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define scope,



and prioritize deliverables.
- Ensure quality standards and project governance are adhered to.
- Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and post-project reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on eCommerce projects.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and workflow management.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including the C-suite .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

- Exposure to electronics marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, Flipkart).
- Exposure to Shopify is a big plus
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience in vendor coordination and offshore team management.
