Project:- SB Centrum – Township Project

Location:- Janjgiri, Charoda, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall civil construction and township project execution.
- Supervise site activities, contractors, vendors, and manpower.
- Ensure project quality, timelines, safety, and cost control.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal teams.
- Monitor drawings, BOQ, measurements, billing, and project progress.
- Prepare regular site/project reports and resolve execution issues.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 8–10 years of experience in civil construction/project management.
- Township/Residential/Infrastructure project experience preferred.
- Solid leadership, site execution, coordination, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera preferred.

Compensation

Salary:- Negotiable – Based on Experience & Interview Performance.
