Kushwaha Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Engineer (Civil) to join our project team in Goa. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in residential construction and be capable of managing site execution, quality, contractors and day-to-day project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors and site workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per planned timelines.
- Check workmanship, materials and construction quality at different stages of the project.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Review drawings and coordinate with relevant teams regarding site requirements and technical issues.
- Monitor material requirements, usage and availability at the site.
- Check measurements and assist with quantity verification and contractor bills.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records and other project documentation.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping are maintained at the project site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, quality issues and requirements to management.




- Support project planning, scheduling and timely completion of construction activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong experience in residential building construction will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, measurements and quality standards.
- Experience in handling contractors and site teams.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic project documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should be willing to work from the Goa project/site location.
- Candidates with experience in builder floors, residential projects or similar construction projects will be preferred.
