About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate end-to-end project activities across multiple teams involved in our dubbing and media production workflow.
The role requires solid coordination, follow-up, scheduling, and communication skills to ensure that projects move smoothly from scripting to recording, QC, and final delivery while meeting timelines and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Script Writers, Dubbing Artists, Recording Engineers, QC Teams, and Project Teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Allocate and track recording studios based on project requirements, availability, and schedules.
- Coordinate recording sessions and ensure artists, engineers, and studios are available as per the planned schedule.
- Follow up with respective teams on pending tasks, delays, revisions, and approvals.
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular updates on project status.
- Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper handover of files and deliverables between different stages of the workflow.
- Coordinate with QC teams for reviews, corrections, and final approvals.
- Maintain records of project timelines, studio allocation, artist schedules, and delivery status.
- Communicate project updates and requirements clearly to all stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, production, or a similar role.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
- Solid time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and focused on meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and effectively manage changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify delays or issues, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure.
- Prior experience in media, dubbing, localization, production, content operations, or a related industry will be an added advantage.

Note: This is a non-IT project coordination role and does not require software development or technical programming skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
