Experience-5-8 years of relevant skilled experience

Excellent written and spoken French and English.

- Ability to translate project specifications and business documents from English to French, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and appropriate professional terminology.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in both India and France.

Preferred Background

- Experience in Banking or Finance is preferred.
- Alternatively, experience working in a well-established corporate environment with strong stakeholder-management experience.
- Experience working with international or cross-cultural teams is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders across India and France.
- Translate project specifications, requirements, business documents, and other relevant materials from English to French.
- Ensure translated project documentation accurately reflects the original English content and business requirements.




- Coordinate and facilitate communication between Indian and French teams.
- Support project discussions, meetings, and documentation in both English and French.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and resolve communication gaps.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of professional experience, excellent French and English communication skills, and strong experience in stakeholder management and project coordination. Candidates with banking/finance experience or experience in established corporate environments are preferred. Strong English-to-French translation skills, particularly for project specifications and business documentation, are essential.
