Planning & Tracking

- Assist Project Managers in creating and updating detailed project schedules.

- Track hardware assembly, embedded firmware flashing, software testing, and field deployment milestones.

- Monitor project deadlines, identify bottlenecks in cross-functional workflows, and escalate risks early.

2. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Communication

- Serve as the main point of contact between hardware engineers, IT developers, QA, and client account teams.Project management software

- Schedule and facilitate project kickoff meetings, sprint standups, review sessions, and client updates.

- Prepare and distribute comprehensive meeting minutes, action items, and weekly progress reports.

3. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain clean repository structures for engineering schematics, API specifications, and deployment manuals in Confluence or Sharepoint.

- Ensure regulatory compliance documentation is organized and submitted on time.Indeed

- Track change requests, bug reports, and software patch schedules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
