The Job

As a Program Director, you will lead large-scale, multi-year technology transformation programs for enterprise clients, driving strategic outcomes from presales through execution and advantages realization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery, governance, and business value creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex transformation programs and portfolios across multiple workstreams, technologies, and business functions.
- Partner with C-suite stakeholders to influence strategy, manage expectations, and drive executive alignment.
- Own program governance, risk management, financial performance, and contractual commitments.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business expansion within client accounts.





Your Profile You are a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation programs within global enterprise environments. You combine strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and delivery excellence to achieve measurable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

- 20+ years of experience in IT program management, including leadership of large transformational programs for enterprise clients.
- Strong expertise in cloud, digital transformation, enterprise applications, Agile/DevOps, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, manage P&L;, negotiate complex engagements, and drive revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- PgMP, PMP, or other relevant program management certifications.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI solutions and modern IT operations practices such as SRE.
- Experience working with leading IT services or consulting organizations.
