We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Production Trainees (Freshers) to join our Manufacturing team. The candidate will receive on-the-job training in production operations, machine handling, quality inspection, and workplace safety while developing technical skills in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the production team in daily manufacturing activities.
- Learn and support machine operations under the guidance of experienced operators.
- Follow production instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in component loading, unloading, and assembly activities.
- Learn basic engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Support quality inspection and maintain product quality standards.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain machine and workplace cleanliness as per 5S standards.
- Achieve assigned training and production targets.
- Develop technical knowledge and skills through practical training.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth production operations.
