Platform Technical Analyst Financial Services/Application Support

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Pune-WFO-3 Days

We are looking for an experienced Platform Technical Analyst with strong Financial Services/Asset Servicing experience to support critical Asset and Tax Services platforms.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services Production Support (L2/L3).
- Robust experience in Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions.
- Advanced SQL skills complex queries, performance tuning, data analysis, troubleshooting, and stored procedures.
- Intermediate to advanced Python – automation, data analysis, operational tools, and reconciliation.
- Experience supporting mission-critical trading or post-trade platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Incident Management, RCA, monitoring, SLA management, and production support.




- Good experience in requirement gathering, business-to-technical translation, reconciliation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work with Operations, Product, Technology, and external vendors.

Preferred Platform Experience: Broadridge, GLOSS, Global One, SwapOne, S&P; IMActions, or Geneva.
