Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet customer demands.
- Manage manpower handling, ensuring effective utilization of resources on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with various departments such as Press Shop, Weld Shop, Assembly Line, Machine Shop, CNC Bending, and Plant Operations to ensure smooth production processes.
- Monitor quality control measures to maintain high-quality products.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing industry with expertise in Production Management.
- Strong understanding of PPC (Production Planning Control) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
