Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and skills.

About the Role

Femora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Production Supervisor to run the daily production floor — assembly, kitting, set-making, packing and labelling of kitchenware and tableware — against the plan, with the required output, quality and material accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute the daily production / packing plan and allocate workers across assembly, kitting, packing and labelling lines.
- Ensure availability of raw material and packaging material (RM/PM) at the line and raise shortages in advance.
- Monitor output per line and per worker, track hourly production and address bottlenecks.
- Ensure correct product-packaging combination, set composition and LMPC / MRP labelling as per the approved specification.
- Control material consumption, wastage and rejections; reconcile RM/PM issued versus finished goods produced.
- Coordinate with QC, Inbound, Outbound and Purchase teams for material flow and clearance of finished goods.
- Maintain production registers and prepare daily production and efficiency reports.




- Maintain floor discipline, safety, cleanliness and 5S; ensure workers follow packing SOPs.
- Train new workers on packing standards and handling of fragile products.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Graduate/Diploma in Production, Operations, Mechanical, Supply Chain, B.Com, BBA, or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising a production, packing or assembly floor (FMCG, kitchenware, home products or similar).
- Working MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Understanding of BOM, material consumption and line efficiency.
- ERP knowledge (production/issue entries) will be an advantage.
- Robust manpower handling and shop-floor problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
