Role & responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift to achieve daily targets with minimal downtime.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols for handling hazardous materials, including the use of proper PPE and adherence to environmental regulations.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor and control process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, concentration) to maintain efficiency and product quality.
