Position: Production Merchandiser

Job Purpose To coordinate and follow up production activities from order confirmation to final packing and dispatch, ensuring the required quality, quantity and delivery schedule are achieved.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain order details and production follow-up sheets.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Checking, Packing and Dispatch teams.
- Follow up fabric, trims, accessories and other materials required for production.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed within the planned delivery date.
- Follow up sampling, cutting, stitching, checking, finishing and packing activities.
- Verify product specifications, measurements, colours, fabric and packing requirements.
- Monitor daily order status and immediately highlight production delays or material shortages.
- Coordinate with QC team to ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Maintain production status, order tracking and pending reports.
- Support the team in resolving production-related issues to achieve on-time shipment.





Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma; Textile, Fashion or Apparel-related qualification preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Home Textile / Textile / Garment production or merchandising preferred.
- Good knowledge of the home textile manufacturing process.
- Good production planning and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of fabric, stitching, quality and packing.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines.
