Job Overview As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process of AAC blocks, from raw material handling to finished product packaging. Your primary objective will be to ensure smooth operations, optimize production processes, and maintain high quality standards.

You will lead a team of production staff, manage resources effectively, and implement strategies to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime.

Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure that AAC blocks meet industry standards and customer specifications.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor production staff to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Inventory Management:



Monitor raw material inventory levels, coordinate procurement activities, and manage inventory to support uninterrupted production.

Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate preventive maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure that production machinery is properly maintained and operational.

Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all production activities comply with health and safety regulations to create a protected working environment.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate production reports, analyse key performance indicators

(KPIs), and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
