Job Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for production operations of the Pickling Line, HRS Line and CTL Line at the Tatarpur Plant.
- Plan, execute and monitor daily, monthly and annual production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw material and other resources.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, yield, rejection, downtime and line performance.
- Ensure smooth and continuous operation of Pickling, HRS and CTL lines.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch and other departments for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with production processes, SOPs, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Effectively manage and deploy production manpower, including supervisors, operators and contract workers.
- Lead, guide and motivate the production team to achieve productivity and quality objectives.
- Control production losses, rejection, rework and material wastage.




- Prepare and review production MIS and provide regular performance reports to Management.
- Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper shift planning and manpower deployment for uninterrupted production.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company rules and safety practices on the shop floor.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 12–18 years of hands-on experience in steel processing/manufacturing.
- Must have solid practical experience in Pickling Line, HRS Line and CTL Line operations.
- Strong experience in production planning, shop-floor management and manpower handling.
- Should have sound technical knowledge of steel processing equipment and production processes.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple production lines and achieve production targets.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Candidates from the steel / flat products / steel processing industry will be preferred.

Compensation 12 Lakh – 18 Lakh per Annum, depending upon experience, technical expertise and suitability for the position.
