Experience: 7–12 years in graphite manufacturing / production
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall graphite production operations and production planning.
- Plan daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within quality and delivery timelines.
- Supervise production teams, operators and shift activities.
- Monitor production processes, machine performance and productivity.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery and raw materials.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Purchase teams.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production costs, wastage and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, 5S and safety procedures.
- Review production reports, downtime and performance metrics.
- Train and guide production staff and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of graphite manufacturing and machining processes.
- Excellent production planning and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good understanding of production KPIs and cost control.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
