Position: Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer to manage and monitor production activities related to EOT Cranes, Hoists and Material Handling Equipment.

Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities
- Achieve production targets as per schedule
- Monitor fabrication, assembly and manufacturing activities
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, Stores and Quality departments
- Ensure production as per engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitor manpower, machine and material utilization
- Resolve day-to-day production issues
- Monitor productivity and production quality
- Maintain production reports and records
- Ensure 5S and safety practices on the shop floor
- Support process improvement and productivity improvement
- Ensure timely completion of production activities

✅ Engineering Drawing Reading

✅ Fabrication & Assembly Knowledge

✅ Mechanical Manufacturing Knowledge

✅ MS Excel / Computer Knowledge

✅ Problem Solving

✅ Manpower & Shop Floor Management

✅ Crane / Hoist manufacturing experience preferred

Experience: 2–6 Years

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical preferred
