Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage production activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting quality standards.
- Oversee manpower handling, including planning, scheduling, and training of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of production processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-11 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field (B.Pharma + MBA preferred).
- Solid understanding of PPC, Production Management, Production Planning, Quality Control, and Regulatory Compliance principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across various functions.
